What the future (possibly) holds...

I feel like I jinxed myself when I said that we'll see how long the time interval will be between my last journal entry and this one. Anyways, a lot has happened over the past many, many months (I say many because I can barely remember working on the last thing I uploaded) and you probably don't really care but I like writing and it keeps my mind focused so I'm going to do it. I barely got accepted into the art school I auditioned for, to my extreme surprise (I was really doubting myself there, and still am), and am working as hard as I can to successfully balance my art and studies. It really isn't as easy as I thought it would be, but considering how high standards the school is, I shouldn't have been thinking that I wouldn't have to study for tests and expect a good score on it like I did in my previous school. I'm working non-stop and only when it's the weekend do I get more than a couple hours of 'me' time. However, I am determined to wipe off the dust on my account and track my progress on here and practice on descriptions, titles, digital formats, etc. I'm really hoping I can manage this as I don't really have time to draw freelance outside of assignments, but I am going to upload the assignments I have done so far and the drawing I'm working on. Most likely, I'll be back tomorrow to put those up and change a few things on my profile.
